- The diagnostic
The Revenue Leak Diagnostic application collects the information you submit there — your name, contact details, and the business figures you choose to share. We use it to run the diagnostic, respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, and operate an engagement if one follows.
Do not submit patient records, patient names, or patient contact details anywhere on our sites — the diagnostic works on aggregate business figures only.

- SMS reminders and messages are sent only under consent you grant separately on the diagnostic application. Consent is not a condition of anything, and you can revoke it at any time — reply STOP to any message. We keep records of consent granted and revoked.
- Sharing
- We do not sell personal information. We share it with the service providers that host this website and operate our scheduling, messaging, and CRM systems, and — where the technologies above are active — with analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta, who process it under their own privacy terms.
